Entry Requirements

Occupational Certificate Program

To enroll in our NQF Level 4 Civil Engineering Materials Tester program, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

Academic Pathway

NQF Level 2 qualification with Mathematics

Grade 10 with Mathematics or equivalent

Experience Pathway

5+ years verified experience in civil engineering laboratory testing

Must provide documented proof of experience

Documentation Required

For South African Applicants

  • Certified copy of ID document
  • Certified copy of highest qualification certificate
  • Proof of Mathematics at NQF Level 2 (if applicable)
  • Detailed CV with work experience (if applying via RPL)

For International Applicants

  • Certified copy of passport
  • SAQA evaluation of foreign qualifications
  • Study permit (if required)
  • Proof of English proficiency

Application Process

  1. Complete online application form
  2. Submit required documents
  3. Undergo entry assessment (if required)
  4. Receive admission decision
  5. Complete registration
