Check Requirements

Ensure you meet the entry requirements for your chosen program:

Occupational Certificate
  • NQF Level 2 with Mathematics
  • OR 5+ years lab experience
Skills Programmes
  • NQF Level 2
  • OR 2+ years industry experience

Prepare Documents

Gather the necessary documentation for your application:

  • Certified ID copy
  • Highest qualification certificate
  • Proof of Mathematics (if applicable)
  • CV with work experience (RPL candidates)
  • SAQA evaluation (foreign qualifications)

Application Review

Our admissions team will process your application within 5 working days:

  • Verify submitted documents
  • Assess eligibility against requirements
  • Contact references if needed
  • Notify you of the admission decision

Note: QCTO enrollment takes additional 21 working days

Complete Registration

Once accepted, you'll need to:

  • Submit registration forms
  • Make payment arrangements
  • Attend orientation session
  • Complete QCTO enrollment
