Confidentiality Policy

All management personnel, facilitators, administration staff and anyone acting on behalf of Mocha Academy shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Learner personal information
  • Assessment results
  • Proprietary testing methods
  • Internal operational matters

All staff must sign the Code of Conduct (MQM_6.1_CC) acknowledging their confidentiality obligations. Learner information is protected under POPIA regulations.

Quality Assurance Policy

Mocha Academy is committed to maintaining the highest standards in training delivery through:

  • Regular internal audits
  • Moderation of assessments
  • Staff development programs
  • Equipment calibration schedules
  • Continuous improvement processes

Our quality management system complies with ISO 17025 and QCTO requirements.

Assessment Appeals Policy

Learners may appeal assessment outcomes through the following procedure:

  1. Submit written appeal to moderator within 10 working days
  2. Moderator reviews assessment evidence
  3. Independent reassessment if required
  4. Final decision communicated within 15 working days

All appeals are documented and tracked for quality improvement purposes.
